Luminous storytelling, rooted in community
Ghostlight Players brings professional-grade design and collaborative local casting to the stage, keeping the light on for stories that reflect and challenge us.
Finding Inspiration All Around Us
GhostLight Players began with the simple idea of bringing our love of theatre and performing to the Ocean/Monmouth/Burlington county area.
While there are community theatres all around the Jersey Shore, there are still more opportunities for producing high quality entertainment for the local audiences and we wish to fulfill that promise and grow into a community staple for generations to come.
Below, you will meet our current Board of Directors - but this is only a few of the many talented performers and creative talents both in front of and behind the curtain. If you wish to join our team in any capacity, please feel free to reach out to us or come out and audition for one of many productions.
OR... if you just want to experience the community theatre experience, but don't feel comfortable performing, there are many "behind the scenes" positions available.
We welcome ALL and EVERYONE!!!
Come out and play we us!!!

We keep the ghostlight burning to ensure our stage remains a warm, welcoming space for every local voice.
We are a nonprofit collective dedicated to rigorous playmaking, accessible local casting, and high production values that elevate local theater.
A stage built by neighbors
Founded as a collaborative hub for regional actors and designers, Ghostlight Players emerged from a simple desire: to bring high production values to local storytelling without the cold pretense of traditional theater spaces.
Through community backing and year-round dedication, we have transformed empty rooms into vibrant arenas of human connection, proving that regional theater can be both accessible and artistically uncompromising.
